Ingredients
1 cup of Kale6 garlic cloves1/2 tsp of crused red peppers1 tbsp of extra virgin oil1 tbsp of lemon juice
Directions
Wash Kale, remove center ribs from kale, then slice leaves into ribbons. Heat oil in pot, add garlic, pepper flakes, sautee. Add kale, and broth cover and heat on low until kale is tender 5 to 8 minutes. Stir in lemon juice
