Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1 cup Egg Beaters1 tsp Baking Powder1 1/2 cup Milk1 tsp Cinnamon1 tbsp Vanilla Extract1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients and then add the Milk, Egg Beaters, Vanilla, and Olive Oil. Mix until batter is relatively smooth with a few lumps. Spoon onto a preheated griddle until brown on both sides.
