Broiled Chicken with Broccolini and Almonds and Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 40 ounces (remove)*Broccolini (Serving = 8 stalks), 4 serving (remove)Almonds, .33 cup, sliced (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Red Potato, 350 grams (remove)Butter, unsalted, .25 stick (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)Salt, 3 dash (remove)
Directions
Lightly Season the Chicken Breasts with Salt and Pepper.
Place in Oven to Broil for about 30 minutes at 450 degrees F.
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Place in Broccolini for just a few moments, just until they become bright green. Drain immediately and place in Ice water until ready to use.
Slice the sweet potatoes into wedges and coat in the some of the olive oil, about 2 tbsp, and coat with the Parmesan and 3 of the cloves of garlic, minced.
Place in the same oven, under the chicken to get the cooking process started.
When Chicken is finished, remove from the oven and set aside to rest. Move potatoes to the top rack of the oven and set to 500 degrees to finish cooking.
Lightly toast the sliced almonds in a saute pan.
Place in remaing olive oil, and minced garlic.
Drain off the broccolini and toss in the oil and garlic with the almonds.
Potatoes will be done when the outside has become browned and crisp.
Each serving is Half a chicken breast, 8 stalks of broccolini and about 6-8 wedges of potatoes.
