16oz. Whole Wheat Linguine2lbs. Chicken Breast (approx. 3 breasts)16 oz. Frozen Broccoli or Mixed Vegetables2 Cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Cup Fat Free Milk1 Cup Shredded Cheesesalt and pepperpinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Cook linguine according to package directions. Cut chicken into bite size chunks. While pasta cooks, salt and pepper, then brown chicken in a large skillet. When pasta has 5 or 6 minutes left add frozen vegetables and cook until done, then drain. Add pasta and vegetables to chicken, then add soup, milk, and additional pepper. Stir in cheese.
