Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients
5-6 Potatoes1 1/2 cubes Butter, unsalted2/3 c. Flour3/4 t. Salt1/4 t. Pepper6 c. Milk8 oz. Sour CreamOpt. Toppings:Green OnionsCheddar CheeseHam CubesDiced or Bits of Bacon
Directions
Bake and cool potatoes, then peel and cube. In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, salt & pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a slow boil until thickened. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Stir then add potatoes. Garnish with your choice of toppings listed.
Make 8-10 1-cup servings.
