Ingredients
Ingredients:cottage cheese, NAS stop and shop 1%, 2 cup (remove)egg white, fresh, 6 large (remove)Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)*onion, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender except cheese, pour in an pie plate and top with cheese. Bake for35-40 minutes at 350. Best served warm with salsa on top.
