Vita Spelt Flour 6 cupRumford Premium Aluminum Free Baking Powder, 2 tbspShurfine Applesauce - Unsweetened, 1.75 cupsAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 6 cupsTurbinado sugar, 1.25 cupCinnamon 2 tbspsalt 1 tsp.You can decrease calories a further by using a powdered stevia or xylitol.
It's simple. Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix. Heat your pans on high to get them hot, once they are hot lower to whatever setting keeps them from getting burned. On our new stove each heating element has to be on a different setting so it depends on your stove. I use four ss pans and non-stick grapeseed oil spray.
It will take a little time to cook all of these pancakes, but it is worth it.
