Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup light margarine ( I use country crock light)1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup splenda2 eggs4 medium bananas, mashed2 cups all purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
cream margarine, sugar & splenda together. Add the eggs & mix well. Stir in the mashed bananas. Add the baking soda & mix in. Last, add in the four and stir well.

Pour into a greased loaf pan, baking at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
