Super Easy Saffron Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
Basmati Rice, 2 cups uncookedChicken Tenders, 16 oz Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Saffron, 1 tbsp Mixed Vegetable-Frozen, 3 cupsbetter than bouillon chicken base, 3 tsp*Creole Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, 2-3 tspButter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees

Put rice, water, saffron, chicken base, and butter in rice cooker and set to cook

Put frozen frozen vegetables in pan, then frozen chicken tenders over it and sprinkle creole seasoning over it

Drizzle olive oil over chicken and veggies, then put in oven for 20 minutes

Put pan under broiler for 5-10 minutes

Serve and enjoy!
