Vegetable Soup of with Lentils and Barley(Crockpot)

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 medium (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Butternut Squash, 1 cup, cubes (remove)Lentils, .5 cup (remove)Barley, pearled, raw, .25 cup (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)Vegetable Broth, 6 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 2 tsp (remove)Basil, .5 tbsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp (remove)
Directions
Dice vegetables and sautee with spices and sugar. Place vegetable sin crockpot. Add can of diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, barley and lentils.

Cook on high for 4 - 5 hours.
