Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups White Flour1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 2/3 cups water2 tsp sugar2 Tbsp vegetable oil1 tsp baking powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast2 Tbsp cornmeal
Directions
Add to your bread machine per manufacturers recommendations and set to the dough cycle.

Divide dough in half and roll into cornmeal.

I cook mine on a pizza stone for about 15 minutes in a 375 degree oven without toppings. Then add sauce and toppings and cook again until cheese is melted.



Makes two large thin crust pizzas.
