Breakfast veggie and ham skillet with brown rice

Ingredients
1.5 cups 5% extra lean ham diced3 cloves of garlic minced1 medium onion chopped.5 cup celery diced.5 cup green bell pepper chopped.5 cup red bell pepper chopped.5 cup bean sprouts.5 cup of mushrooms chopped4 egg white1 cup of brown rice precooked2 tbsp. olive oilMrs. Dash seasoning
Directions
In a large skillet or wok on medium heat olive oil, and add minced and chopped garlic, chopped onion, and celery. Continue heating until celery and onion are tender and transparent. Add to skillet chopped peppers, ham, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and egg whites. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and desired seasonings. After the above items are thouroughly heated add precooked brown rice and serve hot. Makes 4 1-cup servings
