Chocolate Chip cookies

Ingredients
8 tbsp softened butter1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda2 cups flour1/2c dark chocolate chips (optional; not included in stats)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. In large bowl, mix butter, and both sugars until creamy. Add vanilla and egg and mix until smooth. Add baking soda, salt, and flour; mix until smooth. Add mix-in's now. Roll into 30 equal-sized balls. Put on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray and cook until done around 8-11 minutes.
