Cold Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
4 cups cauliflower, chopped2 cups broccoli, chopped1/2 cups sweet onion, chopped1 cup carrots, chopped1 cup sweet red pepper, choppedDressing:1/2 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup apple cider vinegar2 tbsp. sugarMix up all ingredients and allow to sit for at least 2 hours before serving it. It will get better as it "sits". It will keep up to two weeks. Enjoy!
