16 oz (4 c.) rolled oats4 oz (1 c.) toasted sunflower seeds4 oz (1 c) toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped4 oz (1 c.) raisins3 oz (1 c.) shredded coconut, unsweetenedMix well, store in a jar. Makes 16 servings.One serving is 2 oz, or 1/2 cup.
Add all ingredients to a big mixing bowl. Mix well, store in a covered jar. I use my digital kitchen scale to measure ingredients by weight, and to measure servings, but measuring by cups also works.

Best soaked overnight with 1/2 c. milk or soy milk. I like to add fruit or applesauce, sometimes yogurt in the morning.
