Wild Banana Nut Waffles

Ingredients
1 c. unbleached flour3/4 c. acorn meal1 tbsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/4 c. wheat germ2 eggs1/4 c. oil1 1/2 c. milk 1 c. pecans, ground1 ripe banana3 tbsp. sour cream
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into bowl. Add wheat germ and acorn meal. Combine eggs and oil; gradually beat in milk. Add to flour mixture. Add pecans to mixture. With fork mash banana and add sour cream until creamy, then add to mixture. Bake in preheated and oiled waffle iron.
