Garlic & Herb Lemon chicken

Ingredients
1/4 flour1 Tbl McCormick Perfect Pinch Garlic & Herb Seasoning1 Lb. thinly slices boneless skinless chicken breasts2 Tbl olive oil1 cup chicken broth1 Tbl lemon juice1 Tbl chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Directions
Mix together flour and seasoning; reserve 1 Tbl. Thinly slice chicken breasts. Moisten with water and coat with flour mixture.

Heat oil in large non-stick skillet. Add 1/2 the chicken and cook 3 mins per side or until golden. Remove chicken and repeat with remaining chicken strips. Keep warm.

Mix together broth, lemon juice, reserved flour mixture, Add to skillet, stirring to incorporate any remaining browned chicken bits. Stirring frequently, cook 5 mins or until sauce is slightly thickened. Spoon over chicken and sprinkle with parsley.
