Garlic & Herb Lemon Chicken

1/4 cup flour1 tbsp McCormick Perfect Pinch Garlic & Herb Seasoning1 pound thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts2 tbsp olive oil1 cup chicken broth1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Mix together flour and seasoning; reserving 1 Tbl. Moisten chicken lightly with water. Coat evenly with remaining flour mixture.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add 1/2 the chicken. Cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining chicken. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
Mix together broth, lemon juice and reserved flour mixture. Add to skillet and bring to boil, stirring to release browned chicken pieces. Stirring frequently, cook 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Spoon over chicken.
Optional - sprinkle with fresh parsley.
