100 grams Soy flour75 grams Mung bean flour75 grams Garbanzo flour50 grams Besan (Black gram flour)2 tsp salt1 tsp ground dry mint leaves.5 tsp turmeric powder.5 tsp Garam MasalaWater to make it crepe consistency

Mix all the ingredients and put it in a mixer bowl. Keep adding the water to reach the consistency of crepes. (it runs smooth from the spoon)
Spray with oil and wipe with the paper.
Heat the crepe Pan or skillet.
Pour a laden full of batter and spread it around. If possible cover it with the see through lid. it helps cook better and it leaves the pan easily.
Spray with the oil and cook the other side.
