Pumpkin Ginger Muffins

1 1/2 cups flour1/2 teaspoon of salt1 cup sugar1 teaspoon baking soda1 cup pumpkin puree1/3 cup melted butter2 eggs, beaten1/4 cup water1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon allspice1 teaspoon ground ginger
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized bowl, sift together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda.
2. Mix the pumpkin, melted butter, eggs, 1/4 cup water, and spices together, then combine dry ingredients, until just incorporated. Do not over-mix.
3. Sppon mixutre into a prepared muffin tin. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin. If it comes out clean, it's done. Cool on a rack.
