Spanish Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 pork chops (about 1 lb)1 6.8oz package Spanish Rice Mix2 tbsp butter1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
Directions
1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork chops 3 minutes on each side; set aside

2. In same skillet, saute rice-vermicelli with margarine until vermicelli is golden brown.

3. Slowly stir in 2 1/4 cups water, tomatoes and special seasonings packet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.

4. Add pork chops, return to a simmer. Cover; simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until rice is tender and pork chops are no longer pink inside.
