Golden French Toast (Mom's 5th Grade Cooking Class)

Ingredients
6 slices Marketside French Bread Loaf6 large farm fresh Eggs6 tbsp Half and Half 1 tbsp Granulated sugar, 1 tsp Kirkland Pure Vanilla Extract freshly grated nutmeg = a pinch
Directions
weigh ingredients -

Beat eggs with 1/2 & 1/2 ,sugar, vanilla & nutmeg
Dip sliced bread to coat
lightly spray a cast iron griddle with olive oil (I did not calculate this ingredient)
cook to brown on both sides.

Serve with a light dusting of powdered sugar, and if using sugar, butter & syrup, calculate accordingly...
