Vegan Choco-Hazelnut Butter

Ingredients
1 cup whole hazelnuts2 tbsp coconut oil1/4 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips2 tsp stevia-based natural sweetener
Directions
Place hazelnuts, coconut oil, and sweetener in a food processor. Process on high for 10-15 minutes, scraping down sides as necessary, until creamy.

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave or on a double-boiler, pour into food processor with hazelnut mixture, and process again until completely combined. Store in refrigerator.

Makes approximately 8 (2 tbsp) servings.
