Sharon's Sloppy Chicken Crockpot

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast1 cup canned black beans1/2 cup diced onion1/2 cup diced bell pepper (red or green)5 diced mushrooms1 diced roma tomato (about 1/4 - 1/2 cup)1/4 of a fresh squeezed lemon (juice only)2 minced garlic cloves (or powder if in a rush)3/4 C. Ketchup or V8 (calories are for ketchup)2 TBLSP Mustard (dry or wet)2 TBLSP Maple Syrup2 TBLSP Worcestire Sauce2 TBLSP Chili Powder (for med. spice)1 TBLSP Cayenna Pepper (include with chili powder for a real spicy kick)
Directions
Place raw chicken in crockpot. Add the beans and all diced vegetables. Top with spices and sauces. Let cook in cropckpot on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over a slice of bread, noodles or rice.
Makes about (5) 3/4 cup servings.
