Ingredients
Tortilla Chips, nacho-flavor, 35 grams (remove)Beans, red kidney, .5 cup (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.25 cup, shredded (remove)Onions, raw, .13 cup, chopped (remove)Salsa, .25 cup (remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.13 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 0.13 cup, shredded (remove)
Directions
Remove 1/2 cup kidney beans from can and place in small saucepan over medium heat. While heating, use a potato masher to make the beans into a paste and add water. Cook until beans are desired consistency and add a bit of salt to taste.

Place chips in a small bowl. Add cooked beans and cheese. Then throw on the other ingredients to complete these easy nachos when eating alone.
