Ingredients
1 9" pie shell3 slices bacon chopped and cooked crisp1.5 Cups of Fat Free half and half1.5 Cups of Egg Beatters10oz package of frozen Spinach 1 tea. salt and pepper
Directions
Make pie crust and lay in a 9" deep dish pie plate

cook bacon until crisp

squeeze spinach in a paper towel until dry

Add Bacon half of Swiss Cheese and Spinach to bottom of Pie shell

Mix Egg Beatters, Half and Half, salt and pepper to gether in a bowl then pour on top of spinach and bacon. Add rest of Swiss Cheese to top

Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours. or until a the center jiggles slightly bring out let stant 15 minutes. then serve

    I've made the recipe 2x and it's great! It doesn't say how much swiss cheese to put in - so I improvised on my own. That's the only negative I would say. - 3/29/13
