brown hamburger set aside, peel and cut the potato's, carrots, and onion mix in your hamburger into a large over safe cassorole, stir in the can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can of water, mix together. Cook at 350 for 1 1/2 hours (to add more veggies I also sometimes add celery and green peppers not included in this calorie count)
