Milanese Style Tuna Spread

Ingredients
1 5oz Can Light Tuna packed in water3 Tablespoons Light mayo1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice1 Tablespoon Capers, Drained2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce1 1/2 Teaspoons Olive OilBlack Pepper to taste.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate in covered container for up to 2 days.

Yields approximately 1 cup for 4 - 1/4 cup portions.
