Three Bean Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1/2 pound ground turkey1 can (28oz) tomatoes, undrained, cut up1 jar (16oz) Taco Bell Home Originals Thick 'N Chunky Salsa1 can (15oz) black beans, drained, rinsed1 can (15oz) red kidney beans, drained, rinsed1 can (15oz) great Northern beans, drained, rinsed1 tsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumin
Directions
1. Cook ground turkey in large saucepan on medium-high heat until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
2. Add tomatoes, salsa, beans and seasonings; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    I used fava beans and chick peas instead of black beans and navy beans. Also added garlic, onion and green, red and orange peppers instead of salsa. YUM! Thanks for sharing. - 11/9/09
