Un-stuffed green pepper

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 green pepper chopped into bite size pieces1/2 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped mushrooms1 cup brown rice1/2 cup spaghetti/tomato sauce (I even have used pizza sauce)salt/pepper/fennel to taste
Directions
brown ground beef in a pan. Cook brown rice according to directions. Drain grease from pan. Add the veggies and cook until crisp tender-about 8 minutes. Add salt/pepper/fennel and cook a few more minutes. Then add brown rice and tomato sauce. Cook until heated through.
