Broccoli and Cauliflower Quiche

Ingredients
2 T Balsamic Vinegar2 T Worcestershire Sauce1 1/2 C Biscuit Mix8 Lg Eggs3 3/4 C Skim Milk1/4 C Buttermilk1/2 Head of Cauliflower - chopped1 Pkg Frozen Broccoli1 Onion, chopped1 Bell Pepper, chopped1 Can Black Beans, rinsed well1/4 C Parmesan Cheese2 Slices Swiss Cheese Slices, cut up2 Slices Pepperjack Cheese, cut up
Directions
Combine all ingredients and put into 2 - 10" greased pie plates and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until eggs are firm and cooked through and there is a golden brown on top.

Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Slice each pie plate into 8 servings.
