Chunky Spiced Applesauce with Splenda

Ingredients
10 cups cubed peeled apple1 cup Splenda1/2 cup maple syrup1/3 cup water1 tbsp. cinnamonpinch nutmeg
Directions
Combine ingredients in dutch oven and mix thoroughly. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until apples are soft. Uncover, bring to boil, and cook for 15 minutes longer. Mash mixture with potato masher or in blender. Pour into serving dish; cover and chill at least 2 hours.
