Ingredients
2 cod fillets3 carrots3 medium potatoes1 onion,chopped2 stalks of celery2 garlic cloves,mincedspices that you like1 cup of chicken stock
Directions
Saute onions,garlic,carrots,and celery,in about a tbsp,of olive oil.......cut potatoes,and add to mixture,with 1 cup of chicken stock.........about 5-10 mins,before potatoes are done,add the codfish,which is chopped into nice,size pieces........cook for another 10 mins,or until fish is opaque in colour......add your salt,pepper,and other spices you like as the dish is cooking.....mmmmm,some good...
