GF Chicken Pizza w/ Pineapple

1 Package of Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust 6 Skinless Chicken thighs1 medium onion sliced1/2 cup pineapple chunks in it;s own juice drained3 z's Mozzarella cheese grated1 1/2 cup Classico Sauce any kind that you want
Cook the chicken on the grill and put your own flavoring on it, when done cut the chicken into bit size pieces.
Heat oven to 425*. Prepare the pizza dough with the instructions on the package and press on to pizza pan. Cook for 7-9 minute and then take out of the oven and put your sauce on it and then the chicken, onions, pineapple and cheese. Bake at 425* for 15-20 minutes.
Makes 8 servings of a 12" pizza
