Mushroom Vegetarian Chili

1.5lbs sliced Mushrooms3-14.5oz Cans of Hunts Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes2-15.5 oz cans of Kidney Beans2-15.5 oz cans of Black Beans1 7.5oz can of Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce8oz Yellow Onion (diced)10oz Pepper Medley (sliced)10 cloves fresh garlic minced (or pressed)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in Crockpot and allow to cook for 5-7hours on low or warm.

Makes 11-1.5 cup servings.
