French Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil2 onions, sliced1 portabella mushroom, chopped, or 1 cup chopped crimini mushrooms1 large red bell pepper, chopped3 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped4 cups fresh spinach, chopped1.5 cups navy beans, rinsed1 carrot chopped4 cups low sodium chicken broth1/2 cup red wine1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce1 TBSP herbs d' Provence2 cups water
Directions
Saute onions and mushrooms in oil til browned. Add Peppers, carrots, and tomatoes and saute some more. Add 1 TBSP herbs d' Provence, broth, beans and bring to a boil. Add spinach and garlic, worcestershire, water, and wine. Return to boil. Adjust seasonings and serve.
