Lean & Green Taco Salad

Ingredients

5 oz. Ground Turkey1 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning2 Tbsp. Salsa1 cup romaine lettuce1 cup iceberg lettuce1/2 cup diced tomatoes1 tbsp. Water
For one serving
Brown Turkey. (actually, turkey whitens)
Drain water & Fat
Add Taco Seasoning
Mix it all up and let it Simmer for about 5 min
Get a big bowl and add your leafy greens (calls for 2 types, but I use just leafy romaine or what ever is on hand)
Dice 1/2 cup of tomatoes & throw on top of greens
Add meat and Salsa! (I put the tomatoes on top)
