Bocconcini and Cherry Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1 cup cherry tomatoes8 oz Bocconcini Mozzarella balls (mini)2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil4 Tbsp Basil, chopped1/2 tsp coarse sea salt1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Makes 4 1/2 cup servings
1. In a small bowl, add tomatoes and cheese
2. Combine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
3. Pour vinaigrette over tomatoes, and toss until coated.
4. Add basil and combine
