Ingredients
*Chicken-Perdue Ground Chicken, 1 lb*Arrowhead Mills Spelt Flour, 0.50 cup Pepper, black, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp *Onion powder, 1 tsp
Directions
roll ground chicken into balls and press flat into "nugget"shape

in a bowl combine flour and all seasonings

put nuggets into flour and coat completely .

in a pan sprayed with pam put chicken nuggets , cook on one side and then the other flipping until done .
makes 3 and a half servings
