Green Tea Chiffon Cake

160 g Cake Flour1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 1/2 tsp Green tea Powder1/2 tsp salt4 egg yolks1/4 cup sugar3 oz oil3 oz evaporated Milk4 egg whites1/8 tsp cream of Tartar1/2 cup sugar
Separate egg whites and egg yolks.
Combine egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, oil and evaporated milk. Beat until light yellow. Add Cake flour, Baking powder and green tea powder. set aside.
use another clean bowl and beat egg whites, cream of tartar until soft peak formed. Add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until stiff peak formed. Pour 1/3 egg white mixture into egg yolk mixure and mix until combined. Fold in the rest of egg white mixture and pour into springform pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
