Broccoli soup with rosini

Ingredients
Broccoli, garlic, rosini
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Cook the rosini
Warm olive oil and trown in garlic (slice them in 3)
Add broccoli (I leave the bag in the refrigrator the night before)
Cook them 5 minutes and add water and stock
Let it cook 10 minutes
Smash everything with a hand mixer. Add the cooked rosini (without the cooking water) and the sliced leeks.
Cook for a couple of minutes and add the creme fraiche.
