6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts1tsp. salt1tsp pepper1/4 cup orange juice1 TBSP honey3 TBSP basil1 garlic clove2 red bell peppers2 zucchini, sliced1 140z pineapple chuncks
season the chicken breasts with the salt and pepper and place in the crock pot.. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, honey, basil and garlic. Add the peppers, zucchini and pineapple chunks to the stoneware, and pour the orange juice sauce on top of all the other ingredients. Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours or on High for 3-4 hours. Makes 6 servings.
