Butter, salted, .5 cupsoftened*Butter Flavor Crisco, .5 cup (remove)*C&H Dark Brown Sugar, 3/4 cup packedGranulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)*almond extract, .25 tsp (remove)*Vanilla Extract - Costco, .75 tsp (remove)**FLOUR - All Purpose, Bleached, Enriched - Pillsbury, 2.5 cup (remove)*Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)*Nuts, macadamia nuts, dry roasted, 1 cup, coarsely chopped*Baker's Premium White Chocolate baking squares, 3 servingcoarsely chopped*Baker's Semisweet Baking Chocolate Squares, 3 oz coarsely chopped
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
in large bowl cream butter, shortening, brown and white sugar til smooth.
add eggs one at a time til mixed.
add extracts
combine dry ingredients and gradually add.
beat till smooth
hand add chocolates and nuts
drop by large teaspoonfulls onto parchment covered cookie sheets. bake 10 minutes or until bottoms begin to brown
cool on racks
makes about 36
