Light Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 200 grams, sliced thinly in small pieces. * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 tbsp , chopped * Onions, raw, 1 small (chopped) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 medium whole, cubed finely * *Edmonds Filo Pastry Sheets (2), 2 sheets. * Parsley, 2 tbsp, chopped finely.spices to taste.
Directions
1- Using PAM sautee the chicken till it browns up in ur favorite spices.

2- Add the onions + peppers + tomatoes till tender then add parsley & set aside.

3- Spread on 2 filo sheets & roll up. Seal with eggwash.

4- Brown the wrap (seam side down) in PAM on both sides till pastry cooks thru.
