Oven Fry Chicken Wings

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings1 tbls Veg OilCouple of dashes of salt and pepperPam
Directions
1. preheat oven for 450 degrees

2. cut chicken three pieces and throw away wing tips or save for soup.

3. Dry wings with paper towel if wet and put in bowl

4. Coat wings in oil and add salt and pepper

5. On cooking pans add tin foil. Spray Pam on tin foil and place wings on top of foil.

6. Place in oven for 30 min and flip them. Place in oven for another 30 min.

    I did not coat the wings in oil, but seasoned with chicken seasoning, black pepper and a little Italian seasoning. I starting the cooking with 5 minutes in the microwave and then 10 minutes in the air fryer. Crispy and tasty. - 5/2/21
