Chicken Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
•EVOO- 4 tbsp•Chicken Breast- 4 boneless, skinless•Shallots- 2 pieces•Mushrooms-sliced-2 cups•White wine- ½ Cup•Chicken broth- 1 cup•Heavy cream-1/3 cup•Green onion- 4 tbsp
Directions
1.Pat chicken dry with a paper towel and add salt and pepper to season.
2.Heat olive oil over medium heat
3.Cook chicken for 6 minutes on each side—once cooked, place chicken aside in foil
4.Add shallot to hot pan and sauté until translucent
5.Add mushroom and cook for additional 2 minutes.
6.Add wine, chicken broth, and cream and scrape the brown bits off the pan
7.Simmer 5 minutes until sauce has thickened.
