Grits with Scrambled Eggs & Salmon

Ingredients
Quaker Instant Grits 1 packetBoiling WaterCountry Crock Margarine 3/4 TbspChicken of the Sea Pink Salmon Packet 3 ozEggbeater, liquid egg substitute 1/4 ozpepper to taste, optional
Directions
Boil water. In a saute pan, add and melt margarine on med-high heat. Add Salmon, break up the chunks and stir in the melted butter. Pour egg substitute over the salmon. Add pepper to taste. Stir occasionally until egg is done. Keep warm.
Empty grit packet in a bowl. Add boiling water to meet preferred consistency. Add salmon egg mixture and stir.
