South-of-the-Border Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3tbsp fresh lime juice (use key limes) 2tbsp taco sauce 2tbsp olive oil 1tbsp green chile peppers, diced , drained (mild) 3/4tsp salt 1/2tsp ground cumin 3cup cooked chicken breast, diced 2oz Greens, watercress, fresh, sprig , stemmed and washed (about 1 bunch) 1cup fresh cherry tomatoes , halved (or grape tomatoes) 6scallions , thinly sliced on the diagonal 1/2cup fresh cilantro , chopped
Directions
1 Combine lime juice, taco sauce, oil, green chilies, salt, and cumin, and whisk together.
2 Mix in chicken, watercress, tomatoes, scallions, and cilantro.
Additional Information
Serve this with reduced-fat tortilla chips or tacos. This is great to use with leftover chicken.
