Low-Fat Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour1 cup non-fat milk (skim milk)1/4 cup granulated fructose2/3 cup canola oil1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa2 eggs1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 13 x 9" cake pan. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes. Let cool and serve.
