Wacky Mac & Chicken Dinner 1 cup serving

Ingredients
10 oz dry Pasta (Wacky Mac veggie spirals) Cook according to pkg directions1 large raw Green Bell Pepper. cut up1 medium raw Onion, cut up1 6.5 oz can Mushrooms stems & pieces2 12 oz jars Homestyle Chicken Gravy, 99% fat free8 oz Chicken Breasts, Boneless-Perdue Fit & Easy, thawed & cooked in 4 cups water until done.1/2 tsp Thyme leaves12 tsp Poultry seasoning1/2 tsp McCormick Minced Garlic, dry1 med Bay Leaf
Directions
Cook chicken in 4 cups water until done, drain, but reserve 1 cup of broth. Set aside
Cook pasta in water according to pkg directions, drain, set aside.
In small pan saute cut up bell pepper, onion and mushrooms (can use fresh mushrooms) over med heat until crisp/tender.
In a large pot add cooked pasta, 1 cup chicken broth, sauted veggies, chicken gravy and all spices. Cook over medium to low heat, stiring occasionally for 20-30 minutes. Makes 9, 1 cup servings
